Christina Lindeman has been teaching pilates since 2000 and is certified in pilates through Long Beach Dance Conditioning. She is also a certified Spinning® Program Instructor. She has worked with all levels of fitness, from the beginner to the athlete. She has experience with different needs, including rehabilitation and injury, pre- and post-natal, men, and children. She has been dancing since the age of three and has continued to perform and choreograph. She also avidly participates in yoga and running. She incorporates her vast background in fitness and dance into her teaching and passionately strives to help each client realize their goals.
